Cooked some stuff

Now that it's mid semester break, I'm at home for lunch and dinner.

And we're temporarily out of milk since no one's going shopping, so I can't use Corn Flakes as a substitute for the mean time.

This meant that I needed to start doing some cooking.

Yesterday:

Lunch - Honey garlic chicken. Marinated some chicken drumstick in honey, soy sauce and garlic. Cooked it in the oven. Cooked through nicely. Less soy sauce, more honey next time.

Dinner - More chicken. This time, I dug around the cupboard and found salt, pepper, and five spice powder. Rubbed those on a piece of chicken drumstick and tried pan frying. Was taking forever and it still wasn't cooked through. So I microwaved it the rest of the way. Blood was still leaking out but I didn't care. Just ate it, couldn't find anymore blood anyway. A little too salty.

Today:

Lunch - Domino's Classic Pepperoni Pizza. It was kinda boring. I'll avoid ordering this next time. Finished it within an hour.

Dinner - Steak. STEAK!! Dug in the cupboard for salt and pepper. Found steak seasoning. Used that. Also used garlic and butter. Referred to a video beforehand. Not salty enough. Could do with less cooking time.



This is where someone tells me to start cooking vegetables. lol

At least I'm eating apples.
